Scientists Have Founded a ‘Post-Detection Hub’ to Prepare for Alien Contact

In response to the increasing likelihood of detecting extraterrestrial life, a group of scientists have created a "post-detection hub" in order to better prepare for contact. The hub, which is funded by the UK government, will be used to coordinate research and communicate findings to the public.
